Viewing Issues F.A.Q.
What's that Black square in the middle of a post-it?
That is where the TV should appear. please wait few seconds before the
video show up. The average loading time is about 40 seconds.
I'm sitting here waiting for the video to load but nothing happen,
what's the problem?
First of all, thanks for your patience. The video should load
within few seconds. If not, there are few things you might check:
- Are you on a Broadband or DSL internet connection?
All the TV listed at TVWebcam.com are broadband streams and they require
at least 300Kbits of bandwidth.
- Is the video stream actually working? Please read the "status bar"
of the video Player. If it doesn't buffer or if it turn in Ready
right after you loaded the channel, this means that the video isn't working.
If the video is still buffering or connecting the video
stream is actually loading.
If you think that the video stream isn't really working, please always
do a second try clicking on the play button (or right click ->
play) to attempt a second loading. If even this time it fails, than you
can report the stream as broken and try another TV station.
The Video has continuos interruptions, the sound breaks and the
quality is really bad, what should i do?
Please check what is your connection real speed. You must have
at least 300Kbit/sec of bandwidth in order to be able to watch the TV
stations properly.
If you are running other programs, such as peer to peer file sharing software,
or if you are downloading something else, your bandwidth might be busy
on this tasks, Please be sure to have enough connection speed to face
all the load of data.
Can I watch it in full screen?
Of course, you can double-click the video window and enjoy the
full screen, or alternatively, you can right click the video window, and
then Zoom -> Full screen.
